Significant work experience in designing and implementing medium to complex Integration Solution using TIBCO as ESB. Hand on experience in TIBCO BW,EMS,ADB adapter. . Experience working on CRO client would be good to have. Essential Function In this role you will work with Product/Engineering/Business leadership and other cross-functional teams to define enterprise level strategies and technical direction. Define the system, technical, and application architectures for development of the company's Integration Competency Centre. Ensures appropriate technical standards and procedures are defined. This position is actively involved throughout the entire solution life cycle. Relationships Reports To Sr Manager Engineering Directly Supervises N/A Provides Work Direction to Software and Validation Engineers - Cross-Functional Works Closely with Scrum Team Members; Scrum Masters; Product Owners; Production Services; Operations; Product Management; PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Hosting Services, Release Management External Relationships Limited relationships with vendors Key Accountabilities Provide architectural vision to appropriately align our Integration Competency Centre (ICC) to strategic business needs and goals. Maintains an ongoing partnership with the business to apply in-depth knowledge of the business operations, strategies, priorities and information requirements to establish the technical direction . Defines solution level strategies and technical direction. Defines the system, technical, and integration architectures. Ensures appropriate technical standards and procedures are defined. Ensures best practices are adhered to in the adoption of new technologies. Researches, evaluates and selects from existing and emerging technologies the options best fitting business and solution strategic needs. Ensures the delivery process and technology strategies are coherent and optimized. Manages multi-project management accountabilities in developing and architecting solutions in a collaborative environment. Architects solutions across multiple hardware/software computing environments and system components. Plans and implements process re-engineering or process improvement. Mentor and provide technical guidance for other engineers as appropriate. Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner. Skills: 9+ years of experience in Tibco technology Knowledge of TIBCO technology Knowledge of architecture processes Define integration architecture and principles to support company"s business strategy for short term and long term aligned to the best practices and standards. Based on integration architecture, carry out detailed impact analysis and estimate architectural changes needed to implement the requirements. Must have designed and implemented at least two complete TIBCO solutions Extensive experience in as a designer in TIBCO. Knowledge on Standards such as BPMN, eTOM, SID, TIP, TOGAF, TAM, ITIL Ideally the candidate will have certifications in TIBCO products and architecture frameworks. Education Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience is required. Language Skills English |
